Good Housekeeping has shared a meatloaf recipe that makes 6 servings, according to Good Housekeeping. The whole process takes 1 hour and 5 minutes from start to finish.

The meatloaf is made with 1 1/2 pounds of ground beef chuck. The beef is mixed with balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, onion, and parsley. Each part of the recipe adds its own flavor to the loaf.

The glaze that goes on top is made by combining ketchup, brown sugar, and soy sauce. Together, these ingredients give the meatloaf a sweet and savory topping.

The recipe also mentions two alternatives to regular soy sauce. Gluten-free tamari is often made without wheat and is thicker, darker, and milder than soy sauce. Coconut aminos are made from coconut tree sap and salt, and they have a slightly sweeter flavor.

To bake the meatloaf, the oven should be heated to 375°F (degrees Fahrenheit, a unit used to measure heat). The meatloaf should be baked until its internal temperature (the heat inside the food) reaches 150°F. This takes 40 to 45 minutes.

After baking, the meatloaf should rest for 5 minutes before it is sliced. Resting gives the loaf a short pause before cutting.

According to Good Housekeeping, each serving contains about 275 calories. Each serving also has about 14.5 grams of fat, including 5.5 grams of saturated fat (a type of fat). It contains about 23.5 grams of protein, about 430 milligrams of sodium (a mineral found in salt), about 11 grams of carbohydrates, and 1 gram of fiber.
