Bayern Munich and Arsenal drew 2-2 in a Champions League match, according to BBC Sport. The game featured plenty of goals and a strong performance from Harry Kane.

Kane took a goal-kick with fewer than 25 minutes on the clock. He launched an 80-yard pass to start an attack, which was a long kick that travelled a great distance across the pitch.

Arsenal went ahead first, with Eberechi Eze scoring the opening goal. Kane then set up Alphonso Davies to equalise for Bayern, bringing the score level.

Midway through the second half, Kane scored a penalty to put Bayern back in front. Late in the match, Declan Rice scored to earn Arsenal a draw.

The goal was Kane's 16th against Arsenal, adding to his record in this fixture. He also became only the second player to score in 10 consecutive Champions League matches. Cristiano Ronaldo scored in 11 successive Champions League matches for Real Madrid between June 2017 and April 2018.

Kane has scored 156 goals in 158 appearances since joining Bayern Munich from Tottenham in 2023. He was also named on the 30-man Ballon d'Or shortlist in September.

The Ballon d'Or winner is due to be announced on Monday, after a vote by 100 journalists. Kane could become the first Englishman since Michael Owen in 2001 to win the award. The Ballon d'Or ceremony is to be held in London.
